This week we're still in Edinburgh and I'm showing you a lovely 4 bedroom lower ground and basement flat which has an area for alfresco dining. Yep, believe it or not sometimes the weather can be warm enough for us Scots to indulge in a little alfresco meal. Anyways have a look at this gorgeous flat which is located in Edinburgh’s prestigious Georgian New Town only a few minutes walk from Princes Street. The fashionable and cosmopolitan area of Stockbridge which offers a good range of speciality shops, restaurants, and bars is also only a short walk away.
Lovin' the wire table and chairs. Very trendy and very suitable for the outside eating space
I love that they've kept the original cornice and picture rail. This room will look and feel really cosy in winter (when you definitely won't be alfresco dining) with its open fireplace and working window shutters. The floors are such a beautiful colour too.
The kitchen is always important and this one certainly has ample storage space and all you'd need in the way of appliances.
Handy eating area at the opposite end of the kitchen.
Bedroom with en-suite beyond.
Inner hallway with stone wall.
Exterior of Royal Crescent. Blue sky again! Price Offers Over £480,000
