This is the reason why you've got to be quick if you want a really unusual and beautiful Christmas tree.
I found this fabulous Snowy Paper Christmas tree at John Lewis only to find out it's out of stock in the store and online. Wail!
However, they have posted a notice to say to call back after 12th December.
I love this tree so I'll certainly be waiting to see if they do manage to get more stock.
Stunning in a contemporary setting.
Love it, love it, love it!
Do you think it's worth the wait?
That's so weird im having the exact same dilema!
Its a pity there's none left in store so we could get a proper look at them before buying. I saw one on ebay was sold for £120!! and that wasnt including lights and decorations! Im still undecided! would like to hear from someone who bought one to know if it's as gorgeous in the flesh!

You know I think if we see it in the flesh we'll only want it more. But, then again if we see it in the flesh it means they have stock! Yippeee.

they were on sale again online this morning, i grabbed one quick and watched, within 5 mins they were out of stock again, can't believe i logged on when i did (thank god) I actually rang customer services last week and they told me they were coming in yesterday but they showed up on line this morning so suggest to anyone who wants one to ring and get any info on more stock arriving but keep checking web site !!!!

I cannot believe I missed it! I've just been on the site and they're not even saying when they're likely to have more stock. Drat!

why dont you ring customer services number on the web site, thats what i did and they told me when they were expecting some more then just keep checking the site ! i couldn't believe how quick they sold out.....

They told me to check back on the 10th december so ill be really mad if thats them all gone!!
Posted by: LL | December 09, 2009 at 12:26 PM
I was also told the 10th Dec. I phoned today as the website has changed from expected to due to high demand there will be no stock online or in branch. Seems this is true, I jsut phoned to ask. There was a batch for sale yesterday apparently that's the last of them. :(

I'm really quite a patient person. I'm also quite easy to organise, so, if say somebody tells me to call back on the 10th December I'll more than likely wait patiently until then. I'm now as mad as a parcel of frogs. I could get bitter but as it's the season to be cheerful... ahh hell..., I'm bitter!

I have been looking on their website for about a week now. The notice said to check on the 10th but I thought I would look today only to find that there was a new notice saying that they have none in stock in the branch or online! I phoned customer services and they said due to high demand they have run out. I even emailed JL's only to hear the same message. I am so disappointed. Wonder where the factory is that makes them? Anyone know?

Just found one in my local high street.
It was the last one in a designer furniture shop and had to pay £67 for it - so they are about in other places but selling fast I think

Yes I received an email from John Lewis this morning saying they are from a company in China called Illumax.
