Whether you bake your own bread or just fancy using this bread tin as a planter you'll be filled with nostalgia for a gentler, easy, sunnier time. These heavy Hovis tins were removed from the factory in the 60's. Factory, Wait a minute, a factory, surely they were made in a small bakery and then a wee boy pushed his bike up a cobbled hill with the bread wrapped in a nice clean piece of cotton! Yep, there was the bakery, the little boy with the music following him up that rustic cobbled hill, I'm sure there wasn't a factory in sight. Well if that's how you want to remember it and if you want a piece of that nostalgia (minus the music) then you've just got to have one of these fabulous Hovis tins.
Be quick though they're yummy and that err bakery didn't have a limitless supply!
