Note to self; just because it's been snowing for the last four days and shack fever descended like a curtain on day two there's still no reason to buy a trash bin costing £110 just because it looks different.
There's still no reason to buy even given the fact that it's made by Seletti, isn't boring to look at, has a black rubber paint finish and fab curly yellow handles.

There's not much I can say about this pine cone peace wreath except that it's fab and I'd love to own one.
It has a rustic appeal that can be displayed and enjoyed all year round.
I love the way it's been styled too, leaning against the wall with the greenery and building blocks.

I love how versatile these lovely little bud vases can be. They come in a set of six and look beautiful and subtle on their own as placecards at each place setting. However, if you place them all in a row then the card could carry a special personalised message to someone at the table. Or, you could have a circle of bud vases and card, with a special announcement, at the base of a fat candle. I've just heard the weather forecast for this week and it's not looking good. They're saying that by the middle of the week we can expect cold winds, weak sunshine, rain and snow. It's Scotland in November so I won't be surprised if we have all that weather on the same day. In the same hour probably. Although the weak sunshine could fool me into thinking it was maybe May and not November. However I digress and because of all the filthy weather we can expect I think this festive looking boot scraper should be outside my door pronto. I'm probably in the minority, and I know it all depends on how you dress your table, but those peacock salt and pepper shakers don't really float my boat. I'd much rather have salt and pepper shakers that are well... plain, something that will go with my other tableware and something with a bit of a quirky twist. Something like these cute white porcelain salt and pepper cellars.
They're like like little tin fruit cans complete with ring pulls. No need to be precious about them either, they're made of porcelain and are microwave and dishwasher safe. Microwave? Would you do that to dry off the salt and pepper? Let me know.
The turkey may have to take a backseat this Thanksgiving because whether you love them or loathe them colourful peacocks seem to be taking over.
When I say taking over I mean in a peacock table decoration way. Peacocks... Relax!
